Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in from 2:00 p.m., Check-out until 12 noon. Early check-in might be possible if the room is available and you might incur an extra charge. Each staying guest needs to show an ID during check-in.

  • Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be given for any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date or in case of failure to arrive at the hotel. Exceptions apply for personal emergency situations.​

  • Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary for each adult checked-in guest and each paying child. Breakfast is served in the open restaurant terrace in between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

  • Outside food or drinks: bringing in food or drinks from outside is not permitted. For exceptions we charge a corkage fee.

  • Dinner: We offer dinner in our restaurant.

  • Non-smoking policy: The hotel has a strict no smoking or vaping policy for inside the hotel premises, with the exception of a designated smoking area at the gate. In case of infraction a penalty for deep cleaning is being charged.

  • Bed configurations: Each room (except the group room) has bedding for 2 persons. Some rooms have the option to add one or two additional single beds (rollaway beds). Children unit the age of 11 stay on the bedding of their parents or an additional bedding needs to be ordered.

  • Senior citizen discount: Republic Act 9994 (commonly known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010) describes discounts and services available to Filipino senior citizens. Based on the Republic Act 9994, we offer Filipino senior citizens a 20% discount. The discount is available to Filipino residents 60 years or older. Seniors must present their senior citizen ID, issued by the Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA). Note, the discount is computed to the share of the senior citizen in the room or restaurant bill and it is technically only possible, if the bill is paid in cash directly to us. Note, the discount is shouldered by the business, there is no support from the Philippine government to the business.

  • Cooking: Cooking facilities are not provided.

  • Day guests: We do not accept walk-in day guests, except family or friends of overnight guests that maybe permitted as day guests into the hotel. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed to enter the hotel property. The acceptance of day guests is at the discretion of the hotel management. Day guests have to register at the reception before entering the premises and each guest pays an entrance fee (300 pesos/day).  Registered day guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel premises and to use the pool anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., as long as the inviting overnight guest is staying in the hotel, i.e. they have to leave after the inviting guest checks out. They are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

  • Drivers of guests are not allowed to stay in their vehicles overnight in the parking area inside the resort. Guests may contact the hotel for an appropriate driver accommodation. We encourage our guests to provide proper accommodation for drivers in our hotel or in the neighborhood. In any case, drivers have to stay outside the hotel, if no room has been provided by the guests for the driver.

  • Reservation: Either online using this home page and credit card payment or by email/message/phone with 100% upfront payment via money transfer into our PNB account. We do not take reservations without upfront payment.

  • Parents or adults with children are responsible for their children at all times. Young children need to be accompanied by adults when using the pool or playing in the garden.  Playing around the pool and the koi pond maybe dangerous for young children. There is no lifeguard on duty.

  • Pool: Proper swimwear is required. T-shirts and shorts/pants are not allowed. If necessary, proper swimwear might be purchased from the hotel. All users should use the pool shower before entering the pool. Guests are expected to follow standard pool rules. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for our checked in guests and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for day guests.

  • Liability: The usage of the swimming pool is in the sole responsibility of the guests. The Hotel and its management are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool or the fish ponds. There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents or adults with children are responsible for their children at all times. Young children need to be accompanied by adults when using the pool or playing in the garden.  Playing around the pool and the koi pond maybe dangerous for young children.

  • Hotel Gym: Usage of the hotel gym is exclusively only for checked-in hotel guests and free of charge. Outside visitors are not allowed. The hotel does not take responsibility for any injury. Access is strictly only permitted with clean indoor gym shoes and appropriate sportswear. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of 1,000 pesos per person is charged. Gym users are required to wipe down the equipment after usage. Users are responsible for any damage to the facilities or equipment. 

  • Valuables: The Hotel and its management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of money, jewelry and other valuables that are brought into the Hotel. You may use the room safe at your own risk.

Modification

These terms and conditions may at any time by amended, modified or supplemented, and your continued use of the website will constitute your acceptance of any such amendment, modification, or supplementation.
